Capitol Center rehab can be win-win for all

At last! Someone with vision! We applaud Ken Brogan and his plan to make this building an asset for all.

The only additional bonus would be to have the library occupy at least one floor thereby allowing for future expansion and the local Indian tribes to have one floor to showcase their culture and heritage.

The leasing charges would help to defray costs. This can be a win-win for all!
