NEED HED

I would like to respond to your request for a note of thanks this Thanksgiving (if it’s not too late):

“This seems like the perfect time of year to thank the WA State Dept of Transportation for the beautiful landscaping along our roadways. The design and plant selections certainly help make the drive a pleasant one no matter what time of year but especially during the Thanksgiving holiday with lovely colors all along the roads. A big thank you DOT and to all state employees for the hard task of working with reduced budgets, complicated regulations and a not always appreciative public.”
