Capital Medical Center is an Olympia gem

I have been considered a “senior citizen” for several years now - I have been a hospital patient twice - tonsilectomy, age 10 and much later to deliver a child - that is until 2015 - right hip replacement in August and left hip replacement two weeks ago- both at Capital Medical Center.

Varied anxiety issues in August - some solved at orientation session 1 week prior (which included all details from MRSA check through paperwork) - then 2 night stay following surgery. General attitude by all staff at every turn was so warm and positive; incredibly clean - old expression of “you could eat off the floors - so clean” was applicable.

And the meal service - (I chose when I wanted to eat - ordered 45 minutes prior from incredible menu - first night my choice included salmon, baby red potatoes, fresh green beans, fresh apple cobbler and vanilla ice cream- Presentation/Quality/Server -PERFECTION !).

Schedule for left hip-included choice of local hospitals: So happy with Capital, not a single negative, exceptional, yet again.

While enjoying Thanksgiving with family I realized why the experience was so positive from greetings by each person to good-byes the warmth and sincerity was like visiting close friends and family, with such positive attitude, attention to all details and the service of a 5-star hotel or cruise ship - no choice but to feel and get better!

We are so lucky to have them in our community.
