Olympia Commons is a great idea

The city of Olympia is to be commended for the Olympia Commons apartments. There is a huge need for low-income housing. Olympia has shown an understanding that for the best outcomes it is important not to isolate low income people in areas that predict the unavailability of quality services and job opportunities.

It is also a step in the right direction for dealing with a homeless population that has grown over the past years. And since a large number of homeless individuals are veterans, this should be all the more reason to build additional housing and apartment complexes to reduce this homelessness.
