Not only Muslims feel like targets

The letter from Stephan Kernstock on Dec. 5 really said a lot in a couple of short paragraphs. It would be so much easier to understand if the Muslims in the U.S., as well as all others who consider themselves minorities and live here, would start defending this country that they take from so much.

Become citizens, speak English, get jobs, pay taxes, abide by our laws, and for heaven sake quit whining about how hard you have it.

No one forced you to come to America; and you should thank God you have a safe place to live!

Until then, yes, I may seem afraid, and so far it's for good reason. So many have been murdered by Muslims that it's no wonder we're afraid to leave home.
