San Bernadino shooting sending a workplace message

Regarding the San Bernadino massacre, from the standpoint of psychological military operations, the coworkers were probably the intended target to send the message that the Muslim working beside you can kill you at the time and place of his choosing.

The immediate effect is whenever the slain workers jobs are refilled it won’t likely be with any Muslim, and Muslins everywhere will now find it harder to get work. Accordingly, some Muslims robbed of the opportunity to pursue a decent livelihood may feel more alienation toward American society and a few may even radicalize into terrorists.

What you have here may be workplace violence used as a tool to further a political goal.
