Bill of Rights is easy to read
Call me old fashion. I still believe in individual freedom and personal responsibility. I am confused by the continuing attack by liberals at all levels on our Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
In the First Amendment, freedom of religion is included, but every day there are attacks on this freedom. A coach cannot pray on the sideline of a high school football game. Many aspects of the Ten Commandments are denied in classrooms and state government. Freedom of speech has been attacked through the backdoor of political correctness.
The Second Amendment clearly states “the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”
This amendment is under attack by liberals at all levels using tactics that prohibit the guarantee of the Bill of Rights. The Fourth Amendment protects citizens from the seizure of property without due process.
The Tenth Amendment concludes with “rights not delegated to the U.S. by the Constitution are reserved to the states.”
Why is this all so hard for liberals to understand? The U.S. is awash with “thought control” at all levels of government in the minds of the left.
It is time to wake up. Donald Trump is a breath of fresh air in a county that is slowly being strangled.
