Obama was elected to serve four years

Imagine our young people being told that since it’s February and their four-year terms as high school students are nearly over that their work and test scores for the remainder of the school year won’t count toward their grades. After all, they’ve probably learned enough already and there are middle school students ready to fill the classrooms after they graduate.

Some of our national leaders need to think of the example they are setting for our young people, who are well aware that the sitting president has the responsibility to nominate appointees to fill vacancies on the Supreme Court, that president having been elected by a majority of the voters.
