Uber solution is search for a problem

Rolf Boone’s article in the Feb. 20 Olympian — “Municipalities unite to craft Uber solution” — reminded me of something President Reagan said about a business: If it moves regulate it, if it continues to move tax it, if it stops moving subsidize it.

Seems lawmakers are always looking for a problem in their search of a solution.
