Septic tank owner objecting to fees

So the local powers of the public sector wish to inspect my septic system for a fee. My neighbors will inform you for free is the system fails. You preach that it is for a drug free Puget Sound.

I ask these public servants to take a walk or limo tour of a one-mile radius of their chambers. Please observe our city’s fair alleyways, tunnels, bicycle trails, under bridges and along railroad tracks. After you decide to take action to clean up the defecation and squalor of needles, glass, cans and other material waste, you are invited to my home for cookies and milk. Your accounting department can swish their economic fingers in my septic system without the worry of getting stuck by a needle.

I realize most outdoor urban dwellers do not have economic ties to the city. I am connected to your billing department. You will ignore the real problem in favor of a guaranteed revenue stream.

It took an earthquake to finally get a bridge built. That is the Olympia paradigm.
