It's in GOP's interest to compromise on court

Regarding the selection of a new U.S. Supreme Court justice: It would seem to be in the best interests of the Republican Party and the country to negotiate with the current administration for a bi-partisan compromise.

Otherwise, the Democrats will have the selection advantage after they win the presidency and probably control of Congress.

Now would be the time to reconcile this very important issue.
