City already has public bathrooms

So once again, our Olympia City Council is running around with heads shoved up inappropriate orifices and engaging in a race to see how tax dollars can be spent on silly ideas, band aid solutions, and other general inept bungling.

While I appreciate that the typical city council is formed of time servers, idealists, and low level state managers looking to pad their resume with something that looks good, many of us living in Olympia would appreciate action over appeasing the granola-and-dreadlocks-head-in-the-cloud vote.

We have perfectly good public restrooms at Percival Landing. There are even showers there. Use them. Not hard.

Doesn't take a genius to figure that one out, but then again, actually using existing resources doesn't let you engage in the sorts of never ending studies these political geniuses at City Hall like to engage in.

I have this ridiculous fantasy that someday we'll get a council that isn't an amateur hour performance, and can actually do something useful for a change.
