Presidential primary is waste of tax money

Regarding your editorial, which says: "A primary is a better approach, draws in more people and is the way more states are going. An earlier date would also give that larger crowd of participants more choices. What’s not to like?"

What's not to like is the waste of millions of taxpayer dollars on primaries our ruling party refuses to recognize.
