Construction areas need enforcement

In the construction that is being done on I-5 that covers the Centralia and Chehalis area there are posted speed limit signs and signs that say stay in your lane. Every time I go through there people are speeding and changing lanes. And there are no State Patrol officers to be seen.

And if you are caught speeding in construction areas the fines are doubled. I believe if the State Patrol was seen out there in this area more often people would respond to the posted speed limit and would also pay more attention to the signs stay in your lane. If this is not covered to stop the speeders there will be an accident waiting to happen, and someone or maybe even more will be killed.

So something must be done. I do know that they have lots of I-5 to cover but this area needs to be watched more often.
