Commission race has clear options

Dirty pool? Who is Allen Miller? The upcoming Thurston County Commissioners’ race has turned into a true barn burner. I have watched with interest Allen Miller publicly endorse Jim Cooper, and as well, have watched the same Mr. Miller donate to Mr. Coopers’ election campaign. But now, Mr. Miller has chosen to run against the self same candidate that he has until now supported.

Is this all then merely a dog and pony show designed to draw down votes at all cost from John Hutchings, independent candidate for Thurston County Commission position 1? Could it be that both Mr. Cooper and Mr. Miller are each shills in a larger shell game operating within the Democratic parties’ political machine ?

These facts and more lead one to wonder, ‘Is there trouble in River City?’ I for one know that I will vote for John Hutchings to bring to the table common sense, integrity, transparency, and middle of the road policy to our Thurston County Commission. I believe that you should too.
