Kim Wyman choice for Secretary of State
With all the media attention surrounding the Presidential election, it might be easy to overlook what might be one of the most important elections facing Washington State residents. The Secretary of State is responsible for a plethora of duties, ranging from the regulation of corporations and use of the State Seal to maintaining the State Archives. But the most important duty of the the office is to ensure the integrity of state and local elections. Kim Wyman has been doing just that, overseeing more than 100 elections.
Kim was a nationally recognized county auditor before being elected as Secretary of State in 2012. She understands politics has no place in elections, something her opponent just doesn’t get. It’s not surprising, given Tina Podlodowski has no elections background, and she even asked for this year’s presidential primary to be canceled, an illegal move that would have alienated many voters.
Kim is supported by over 50 county election directors state-wide because they know she is the best choice for Secretary of State. Please join me in voting for Kim Wyman.
