Education the answer for chaos

Within the last four days two black men were killed in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and St. Paul, Minnesota. Shortly thereafter, five police officers were killed and seven community citizens were wounded in Dallas, Texas.

Now, the rhetoric of race relations, activists groups, what can be done to help us understand each other, how to keep our kids safe from police officers, and blaming have created a firestorm of philosophical inquiries across America's airwaves and television stations all over the world. These metaphysical conversations have created a disillusion of political oversight of what justified acts that caused divisiveness in our nation. These investigations into the psychological state of mind of the suspects have separated our nation and created a chaotic state of confusion for all.

Our nation and its constituents are seeking solutions to the manifestation of hate and ignorance among us when the presumptive and inevitable solution h as been staring us in the face all the time. This solution is education. It is my personal belief that if America teaches the truth about each ethnic group's contribution to its history, if families would be honest with their kids about their ancestry, and the truth about our connection to each other, this hatred, distrust, and blaming would either be minimized or disappear. Also, the stigma of race being the blame for unjustifiable, negative actions resulting in loss of life, unity, and separatism would also vanish because America would understand and acknowledge that there is only one race— human race.
