Where were protesters for overturned tanker?

Last week a gas tanker overturned and closed Interstate 5 in both directions. Where are the Subaru-driving protesters? Why are they not sitting on I-5 blocking traffic ? I guess they aren't worried about fuel shipments by truck. If that spill would have come from a train the protesters would have gone nuts.
