Puget Sound harmed by salmon feedlots
Puget Sound is rapidly becoming a cesspool full of industrial and residential waste.
As such, it no longer supports much of the marine life it is famous for including herring, salmon, crabs, oysters and whales to name a few.
The blatant disregard for this once-magnificent marine jewel and its tributaries is contributing to human health risks, environmental risks and economic decline.
Millions of taxpayer dollars and vast amounts of time have been spent to protect and recover Puget Sound and its bounty of marine life, yet it continues to decline.
The latest industrial attack on Puget Sound comes from increased numbers of industrial salmon feedlots, known contributors to death and destruction of marine environments wherever they are located around planet Earth.
The invasion of these salmon feedlots and their pollution must be stopped in their tracks to prevent additional negative impacts to Puget Sound and its marine life.
