2Eric Ode honors Dr. Seuss

3Lovett plays Pantages

4Look for penumbral eclipse
There will be a penumbral lunar eclipse, where the moon moves through the fainter outer portion of the Earth’s shadow; in this type of eclipse, the moon will darken slightly but not completely; it will be visible, weather permitting, along the West Coast; will reach its maximum at 4:47 a.m. Wednesday.
5Help restore Wapato Park
Volunteers are needed to help restore Wapato Park; participants should bring gloves, appropriate clothing, closed-toe shoes and a willingness to get dirty; tools and litter bags will be provided; 9 .m.-noon Saturday; Wapato Park, 6500 S. 6Rose garden benefit
