Kai Trump Announces She Had 'Scary' Medical Episode
Kai Trump, the 18-year-old granddaughter of President Trump, attended The Masters earlier this month.
The high school senior, who is committed to play at the University of Miami next fall, attended a practice round at Augusta National. She shared some photos of the practice round - something that is allowed - to her social media pages. Kai Trump later congratulated Rory McIlroy on his win - his second straight.
"Had the best time at Augusta! It is definitely my favorite golf tournament. Huge congrats to Rory," she wrote.
But it turns out that Kai Trump had a "scary" medical episode during her time at The Masters.
She had a scary allergic reaction that required an emergency doctor's visit and steroid shot.
Kai Trump details 'scary' medical episode
"I was using hand soap on my face, when I was at Augusta, to wash off my makeup and I started getting these bumps on my neck," she began.
The skin reaction got worse and required an emergency doctor's visit.
"Now, I don't have a rash anymore but I had an allergic reaction to the hand soap on my face," she said.
"I have very sensitive skin. It was so, so scary."
Kai Trump often shares a lot of golf content and it wouldn't be surprising to see her at some more PGA Tour events this year.
