Ahead of the 2026 World Cup, the USMNT will have a five-part documentary series that showcases the journey of the national team from the 2022 World Cup to now.
The USMNT is one of the most discussed national teams ahead of this World Cup as they are the host nation, and this summer will mark their second time hosting a World Cup.
The documentary is called 'U.S. Against the World: Four Years with the Men's National Soccer Team' and it will be shown on HBO Max. The documentary will feature USMNT head coach Mauricio Pochettino and star players like Christian Pulisic, Antonee Robinson, and more.
HBO Max gave a brief description of what fans can expect from this five-part docuseries ahead of the World Cup.
HBO Max: "Filmed over four years, the HBO Original five-part sports docuseries chronicles the USMNT in the lead-up to the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Cameras capture the players during training camps, international matches, and intimate off-the-field moments as the pressure mounts to deliver a historic performance on home soil."
Where to Watch 'U.S. Against the World'
'U.S. Against the World: Four Years with the Men's National Soccer Team' will be available to stream on HBO Max, and the premiere of the first episode will be today, May 12, 2026, at 9 p.m. ET/ 6 p.m. PT in the United States.
New episodes are set to come out weekly, with episode 2 coming out next Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at the same time: 9 p.m. ET/ 6 p.m. PT in the United States.
The final episode will come out the week of the start of the 2026 World Cup. The World Cup kicks off on June 11, 2026.
