The big game, which will air on ESPN for the first time in history, is set for Valentine's Day 2027. The game will take place at SoFi Stadium in Southern California. The Seahawks are coming off a dominant win over the Patriots in Super Bowl 60.
Bad Bunny headlined the Super Bowl 60 halftime show. Bad Bunny's performance was met with mixed reviews. Many loved the songs and imagery, while others criticized the NFL for picking an artist from Puerto Rico.

According to reports, Miley Cyrus is emerging as the "favorite" to perform at halftime of Super Bowl 61 in Southern California.
NFL fans have mixed reactions to that news.
However, as seems to be the case with just about every Super Bowl halftime show these days, there are angry fans.

Some NFL fans have made it clear they're not happy.
"It's just a little ironic how the NFL plays music in the stadiums during games that most ticket buyers like or at least recognize, but when it comes to the Super Bowl halftime show they always book acts that appeal to demographics that don't even have much interest in the games or teams," one wrote.
"Not happy with that," one added.
"Another Super Bowl halftime show I won't be watching," one added.

Of course, the NFL doesn't necessarily try to appeal to football fans when picking the halftime show performer. It picks the performer that will put on the best show and draw the most viewers.
We're probably still a few months away from an official announcement, though.
