Analysis:

Had Bo Nix not gotten injured the week before the AFC Championship Game, the Broncos very well could've been playing in the Super Bowl.

Nix had a breakout season, throwing for 3,931 yards, 25 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions while leading the Broncos to a 14-3 record, an AFC West championship, and the No. 1 seed in the AFC.

Denver had a championship-contending roster last season, and after trading for dynamic receiver Jaylen Waddle from the Miami Dolphins, the team should be right back in the thick of the AFC playoff race again in 2026.

The Broncos may have had the quietest offseason of any team in the league, but the addition of Waddle, re-signing running back JK Dobbins and linebacker Alex Singleton, and building some solid depth through the draft, coupled with head coach Sean Payton's ability to get the most out of his rosters, the team is as dangerous as any in the conference.
