What Victor Wembanyama Did With Spurs Teammates After Game 7 Win Goes Viral

The San Antonio Spurs are fully focused on their upcoming NBA Finals matchup against the New York Knicks, with Game 1 set for Wednesday night.

However, ahead of the series, details emerged about how Spurs superstar Victor Wembanyama celebrated the team’s thrilling Game 7 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder in the Western Conference Finals.

According to reports, Wembanyama and several of his teammates decided to unwind by heading to the movies to watch the newly released horror film “Obsession.”

Fans quickly reacted to the Spurs choosing one of the year’s most-talked about horror films as their way of celebrating and “unwinding.”

"I don't think Obsession is the movie to be ‘winding down' to," one fan wrote.

Another added, "That movie was like a whole Game 7 worth of stress."

"I had nightmares after watching Obsession," a third fan joked.

"Obsession is literally Wemby’s idle mode. A true demon," another person posted.

One more fan commented, "Wind down? That's a stress-inducing movie."

Whatever Wembanyama and his teammates have been doing to "wind down" after games has clearly been working. Now, the Spurs are just four wins away from capturing their first NBA championship since 2014.

Standing in their way are the Knicks, who are appearing in the NBA Finals for the first time since 1999 and are seeking their first championship since 1973.
