NFL Fans Impressed By Travis Kelce's Madden 27 Rating

Travis Kelce is giving it at least one more season in the National Football League. The 36-year-old NFL tight end will run it back with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2026. Kelce was frustrated by how the 2025 season ended - Patrick Mahomes got hurt and the Chiefs missed the playoffs - and he's hopeful for a bounceback year in 2026.

Madden 27 appears to still be high on Kelce, too.

While Kelce is among the oldest players in the league, he still has a very high rating in the popular EA Sports football game, which is set to come out later this summer. Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams will be featured on the cover. Kelce, a third round NFL Draft pick out of Cincinnati in 2013, is among the highest-rated tight ends in the game for 2026.

Kelce's brother, Jason, revealed on their "New Heights" podcast that the Chiefs tight end has a 91 rating.

"Still got it!" Travis exclaimed, clearly happy to still be rated in the 90s. Williams, for reference, has a 90 rating.

NFL fans impressed by Kelce's Madden 27 rating

NFL fans are impressed that he's still rated that highly.

"91 is a high score for a 36 year old tight end. He is still most likely in the top 5-6 on the league. Let's go!" one wrote.

"Ok but after he's married he starts at a 92 on Guitar Hero simply through osmosis of who the Mrs is so he's got that going for him," another fan joked.

"Higher than I expected but nice," one fan added.

The next edition of the classic Madden NFL game is set to come out later this summer.
