Poll: How Much World Cup Soccer Are You Watching?

[Editor's note: Welcome to Athlon Sports' poll of the day, where we ask readers to weigh in on the biggest topic of the day. Thanks for voting, and be sure to sound off in the comment section.]

The 2026 World Cup has kicked off, and the U.S. men's soccer team plays its first match tonight vs. Paraguay (9 p.m. ET, Fox).

Yesterday, we asked readers how far they think the USMNT will advance in the World Cup - and 75% of respondents do not expect them to reach the quarterfinals. There's plenty of pressure on the USMNT to make a dent in this tournament.

There's also pressure on the United States as a whole. As co-host of the World Cup, will this country generate the kind of excitement the World Cup produces around the world? It hasn't in years past, but is it different with the games being played on U.S. soil?

Thanks for voting. Be sure to make your voice heard and sound off in the comments section.
