Opening Day is returning to T-Mobile Park for a fifth-straight season.

The Seattle Mariners will open the 2027 campaign with the Boston Red Sox at T-Mobile Park on March 25. The news was announced Thursday in MLB’s regular season schedule release.

A potential lockout looms over the 2027 season as owners and the MLB Players Association negotiate the possibility of a salary cap in their next bargaining agreement. But for now, Seattle will play 17 games at T-Mobile Park by the end of April.

Per MLB rules, the Mariners host and travel to each of their four AL West rivals twice — the Houston Astros, Texas Rangers, Los Angeles Angels and Athletics — and play each team in the AL Central and AL East Divisions in one home and one road series apiece.

The entirety of Seattle’s “Vedder Cup” series with the San Diego Padres will be played in July. The Mariners host the Padres from July 6-8 and begin the second half at San Diego from July 16-18.

National League clubs slated to visit Seattle in 2027 include the Colorado Rockies (April 9-11), Los Angeles Dodgers (May 3-5), Pittsburgh Pirates (May 14-16), Washington Nationals (June 4-6), St. Louis Cardinals (June 7-9), Miami Marlins (June 21-23), and Milwaukee Brewers (July 27-29).

Seattle’s full 2027 schedule can be found here.
