Bennett Ferris, Tumwater
The T-Birds’ senior linebacker had 10 tackles and two tackles for loss in a 50-7 win over rival Black Hills.

Jackson Brown, Timberline: Blazers’ QB threw for 330 yards and a touchdown and rushed for 67 yards and three touchdowns in loss to Gig Harbor.
Ethan Coleman, Olympia cross country: Took first in the SPSL 4A championship race at Fort Steilacoom Park, clocking in at 14 minutes, 42.3 seconds.
Bennett Ferris, Tumwater: Senior linebacker had 10 tackles and two tackles for loss in 50-7 win over rival Black Hills.
Gavin Fugate, W.F. West: Completed 15-of-26 passes for 220 yards and four touchdowns in win over Centralia.
Talon Betts, Rochester: Running back rushed for 120 yards on 21 carries and three touchdowns in win over Aberdeen.
Gavin Watson, Tenino: Rushed for two touchdowns in Tenino’s 44-16 road win over Elma.
Dig Zilla, Northwest Christian: Scored four touchdowns in 47-26 win over Washington School for the Deaf.
Isaac Akiyama, North Thurston cross country: Took seventh in the 3A SSC cross country championship meet with a time of 16 minutes, 36.9 seconds.
Aubrey Harrington, Capital cross country: Took fourth in the 3A SSC championship cross country meet with a time of 18 minutes, 43.7 seconds.
