This intersection in DuPont is going to get busier
A gas station and convenience store have been proposed for the northwest corner of Wilmington Drive and Barksdale Avenue in DuPont, the city announced.
The project applicant, BP West Coast Products LLC, plans to build an Arco gas station with a 5,000-square-foot fuel canopy, a 4,000-square-foot convenience store, and an 1,100-square-foot car wash. The gas station will have 16 pumps.
The facility will operate 24 hours, seven days a week.
That intersection is near Exit 119 on Interstate 5.
