A motorcyclist sustained serious injuries Saturday morning in a crash in the Black Lake area southwest of Tumwater, according to Thurston County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Sgt. Carla Carter.

The man was flown to Harborview, she said. His age and hometown were not released.

The driver of an SUV towing a boat didn’t see the motorcyclist, and pulled out in front of him, Carter said.
