Two motorhomes catch fire in Yelm

Two motorhomes were burned in a fire reported at 2:20 a.m. Friday in the 16000 block of Canal Road SE, according to a Thurston County dispatcher.

A domestic dispute was also reported, the dispatcher said.

Thurston County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Sgt. Carla Carter said an arrest was made at the scene related to a Department of Corrections warrant. The arrest wasn’t related to the fire, she said.

The Thurston County Sheriff’s Office and Yelm Police are investigating.
