A 34-year-old man died Saturday night after his vehicle rolled on Bald Hills Road Southeast, according to the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office.

Speed and alcohol were thought to be factors in the fatality crash, Sgt. Carla Carter.

About 8:30 p.m. Saturday, the man was driving in the 18000 block of Bald Hills Road when his vehicle rolled and he was ejected from it, she said.

The man has yet to be identified because he lives in another county, Thurston County Coroner Gary Warnock said Sunday.

This is the second serious crash on Bald Hills Road this weekend. A 36-year-old woman faces charges of vehicular assault after a two-vehicle crash near Yelm early Saturday.
