Sauerkraut business to close

OlyKraut is going to close, the business announced on social media.

“We have some big news to share,” the Instagram post reads. “After many years of putting all we’ve got into OlyKraut, we’ve made the tough decision to wind down production. The truth is, manufacturing just hasn’t been sustainable for us, and it’s time to turn our energy toward new paths.

“Our final batch went into fermentation on August 8th. Over the next six weeks, we’ll be jarring and selling what’s left, and by the end of October, the jars will be gone for good. We hope you’ll enjoy these last sour bites with us and raise a fork to everything we’ve built together.

“From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of this wild ride. Here’s to whatever comes next.”
