Elections

Still need to register to vote? Or need to update your registration? Here’s what to know

The Nov. 5 General Election is two weeks away. There are still opportunities to register to vote or update your registration before ballots are due.

Monday, Oct. 28, is the last day for Thurston County residents to register and update existing registrations online at VoteWA.gov, by mail or at voter registration drives.

You can register or make updates in person until 8 p.m. on Election Day, Nov. 5, at the Thurston County Auditor’s Office Elections Division or any Voting Center. The information must be received by an election official by close of business.

There are voting centers in Timberland libraries in the cities of Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Yelm and Tenino. You can also register and update information at The Evergreen State College Voter Hub.

For Voting Center hours and much more information about the Nov. 5 election, go to ThurstonWAVotes.gov.
