Coroner identifies two found dead after their SUV went into Mayfield Lake
The Lewis County Coroner's Office has released the names of the two people found dead after their SUV went into a lake in Lewis County over the weekend.
Eric Sprague, 44, of Olympia, and Lorraine Sprague, 60, of Mossyrock, were both found dead at the scene. Autopsies are pending, according to the coroner’s office.
According to Washington State Patrol, Eric Sprague was driving a 2013 Audi Q7 SUV eastbound on Route 12 Sunday night when the vehicle left the road and went into Mayfield Lake. It was fully submerged when crews arrived.
Lorraine Sprague was the only passenger.
The crash occurred four miles west of Mossyrock.
